Our makhana is hand‑picked from lotus wetlands, roasted in small batches, and packed with nothing but real ingredients, the way a snack should be.
It started with a simple observation, the makhana we grew up eating tasted nothing like what was showing up in stores. Over-fried, over-salted, and packed with things we couldn't pronounce.
So we went back to the source: small farming communities working the lotus wetlands the way they always had. We partnered directly with them, kept the roasting process the way it's meant to be, slow, hands-on, and honest, and left out everything that didn't need to be there.
What you get today is the same snack we fell in love with as kids, just packed a little fresher and a little smarter.
